The trailer has a two burner cook top, refrigerator, a kitchen sink, and a roomy area from where one can stand and cook. Unusually, this unit has air conditioning (13500 BTU air conditioner, mounted on the roof), a high volume vent fan (fantastic fan), a hard lockable side door, and the unit also has a 22" TV of a stand. The trailer has a 6 gallon quick recovery water heater DSI, furnace, air conditioning, a large fold out patio awning, outside shower, a large exterior storage compartments, spare tire and carrier, and much more.
