This brand-new 5th wheel toy hauler is loaded up with all the modern conveniences. This unit has three slides providing a roomy interior to accommodate all kinds of family activities. The unit has a 13 linear foot rear garage to accommodate all kinds of toy storage. The trailer sleeps seven adults. The rear garage has two queen bunks and a loft providing sleeping for five adults with all three beds. The loft is very large and will accommodate a very large adult, and more than one child, or lots of storage needs. A lower bunk folds into a dining area with two couches. The rear garage has a dove tailed floor making loading low profile motorcycles easy. The heavy-duty ramp door (3000 Lb. capacity) converts to a patio, and the unit contains a patio surround where kids and family can safely play and socialize. A canvas wall can be pulled down to separate the garage sleeping from the open patio area. A screen in the canvas wall allows for cool night breezes to enhance the sleeping of the family members in the garage bunks. The garage contains ducted A/C and ducted heat, and has a hookup place for TV viewing, as well as diamond plate surround around at the base of the inside walls to prevent tire scuffing, and the garage is plumbed for a potential washer dryer. The garage also contains a bathroom with a shower stall (wet bath). The garage contains nine heavy duty reinforces "D" rings throughout to facilitate securing motorcycle and / or other items.

The trailer has an ample sized bedroom and a large residential bathroom up front. The bedroom has an east-west bedroom slide providing a large king-sized bed and tremendous ward space up front. The storage that is provided in the bedroom is extensive with the banks of drawers, the large ward, and the under-bed storage.   The bedroom has ducted heat, ducted air conditioning, and a TV hook up place. The upstairs bathroom is extensive with all kinds of linen storage, China toilet, large medicine cabinet, high volume vent fan (Fantastic fan), and an ample shower with a large shower head and glass shower doors.

The main living area in the trailer has two large slides providing lots of kitchen and living space. The kitchen has all kinds of cupboard and counter space with its peninsula shaped counter arrangement. The kitchen counter tops are solid surface, and the trailer has solid surface counter tops throughout. A kitchen slide accommodates the cook top (three burner), a large four door direct current refrigerator (lots of food storage facility), and the kitchen has an ample sized pantry area, an oven and a large microwave oven, a large stainless steel kitchen sink, and a high-volume vent fan over the cooking area (fantastic fan). The cabinetry in the trailer is light cherry wood finish, and the unit has light cherry wood throughout. The windows are set up with pull shades that have a adjustable light function. The living area also has a four-person sofa, theater seating (reclines, massages, and heats up). contains a fireplace, a 52' flat screen LCD TV with a built-in sound system, the speakers are built-in throughout the trailer except for bedroom.  

The trailer has aluminum frame wall construction with fiberglass bonded foam cores, providing great structural integrity. The unit has 3386lbs carrying capacity. The holding tanks are very large; 150 gallons of freshwater storage, 80 gallons of gray water, 100 gallons of black water, and 60 lbs. of propane storage. The trailer has the Power Maxx Extreme solar power package: a 2000-watt inverter, one 200-watt roof mounted solar panel, and 30 Amp charge controller. Many of the A/C plug-ins throughout the unit can be inverted at the push of a button including the big TV. The trailer has the NPS5500 inverter generator fired by a Yamaha engine (very quiet and reliable). The unit is equipped with a 30-gallon refueling station, and 50-amp service.

The trailer has two 15000 BTU ducted air conditioning units and a place for a third one if one so desires. The unit has a large water heater (10-gallon gas and electric DSI).
